A lovely private villa in the Languedoc style at the foot of the regional nature park, the "Massif of the Clape". The villa is in a estate of similar villas, "Les Mas de la Clape", in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the magnificent beach of fine sand. It is also just a few minutes on foot to the Sports Centre with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, hamman, sauna and tennis courts. There are guided walks over the nearby Clape hills. The shopping centre of Narbonne-Plage is about 400 m away, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainments in the evening. You are far enough from the centre to have a quiet holiday, but near enough to go anywhere on foot. The villa has a habitable surface area of about 48 m² on two floors for a maximum 5 persons. There is a sunny, 20 m², enclosed terrace facing south-west and a private parking place before the house. |
