Final cleaning: 60.00 € (+ 10.00 € per animal) to be paid on arrival at the time of the handover of the keys. Linen hire : Bed linen : 9.00 €/person : the beds will be made up ready when you arrive. Assortiment of towels : 6.00 €/person. Kitchen dishcloths : 1.00 €/each. Linen hire must be ordered in advance. Payment on arrival. |

| The rental price includes all utility charges. We accept 5 people maximum in " La Mer ". If you're bringing an animal with you, please say so it at the time of booking. Don't forget to mention the breed and the size. Free of charge service: With immediate effect you can use the internet free and unlimited by WiFi with your own personal computer at the address where you have taken the key. Our lovely villa " La Mer " is much in demand. If you know your holiday dates, send us your booking form now ! Reservation of the villa is only effective after receipt of the booking deposit. Attention: For a stay of 4 weeks continous or more in the low season (October to May) there is a reduction of 25 % from the total of the rent! The rental price includes also in winter all utility charges. |
