A lovely private villa in the Languedoc style at the foot of the regional nature park, the "Massif de la Clape". The villa is in a estate of similar villas, "Les Mas de la Mer", in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the magnificent beach of fine sand. It is also just a few minutes on foot to the Sports Centre with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, hamman, sauna and tennis courts. There are guided walks over the nearby Clape hills. The shopping centre of Narbonne-Plage is about 400 m away, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainments in the evening. You are far enough from the centre to have a quiet holiday, but near enough to go anywhere on foot. The villa has a habitable surface area of about 45 m² on two floors for a maximum 5 persons. There is a sunny, 20 m², enclosed terrace facing south-west and a private parking place. Hire of the garage and 2 bikes is possible. |
This villa is equipped with electric heating. Good insulation ensures a comfortable stay, even in winter. Look at our long-stay prices for the low season. The sunny, gentle climate of the Mediterranean is especially agreable for retired people to spend the winter. At Narbonne-Plage you'll find shops and restaurants open all year round. Our lovely villa " La Mer " is much in demand. If you know your holiday dates, send us your booking form now ! Reservation of the villa is only effective after receipt of the booking deposit. Attention: For a stay of 4 weeks continous or more in the low season (October to May) there is a reduction of 25 % from the total of the rent! The rental price includes also in winter all utility charges. |
