New apartment furnished in the Languedoc style in a small apartment building "Les Bastides de la Plage“ with just 14 apartments and a lift. Our apartment is the only one rented to holidaymakers : the other are occupied all year round. You are about 100 m from the beach of fine sand and also from the Regional Nature Park of the Clape Hills. You are also just a few minutes walk from the Sports Centre with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and tennis courts. There are guided walks over the nearby Clape hills. The shopping centre of Narbonne-Plage is about 200 m away, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainments in the evening. You can get to any part of this seaside resort in a few minutes' walk. So you can leave your car in its parking bay. You are far enough from the centre to have a quiet holiday, but near enough to go anywhere on foot. |
The apartment is a magnificent T 3 of approx. 58 m² living space on the second floor accessible by the lift. There is a large living room with open-plan kitchen. Sliding glass doors 3 m wide lead out to a large balcony (approx. 19 m²) facing south with a view of the sea.
One of the bedroooms has French windows opening onto the balcony. There is also a shower-room with wc and a window. And there is a separate wc. Your car has its own parking place. You can also rent the garage, which is recommended if you have two vehicles. We accept up to a maximum of 6 persons. The apartment is equipped with electric heating in all the rooms. Good insulation ensures a comfortable stay, even in winter. Look at our long-stay prices for the low season. Suitable especially for retired people who appreciate the sunny, gentle climate of the Mediterranean. At Narbonne-Plage you'll find shops and restaurants open all year round. Not far from the residence are three excellent doctors and a dentist. There is even a physiotherapist nearby. You see, you've got everything available here ! |

Final cleaning: 60.00 € (+ 10.00 € per animal) to be paid on arrival at the time of the handover of the keys. Linen hire : Bed linen : 9.00 €/person : the beds will be made up ready when you arrive. | The rental price includes all utility charges. We accept 6 people maximum in " La Plage ". If you're bringing an animal with you, please say so it at the time of booking. Don't forget to mention the breed and the size. Free of charge service: With immediate effect you can use the internet free by WiFi with your own personal computer at the address where you have taken the key.
Our lovely apartment " La Plage " is much in demand. If you know your holiday dates, send us your booking form now ! Reservation of the villa is only effective after receipt of the booking deposit. Attention: For a stay of 4 weeks continous or more in the low season (October to May) there is a reduction of 25 % from the total of the rent! The rental prices includes also in winter all utility charges. |
