A lovely private villa in the Languedoc style at the hill of the regional nature park, the " Massif de la Clape ". The villa is in a little estate of similar villas, " Les Horizons Marins ", in a quiet area a 10 minutes' walk from the magnificent beach of fine sand, with a view in the new quarter “ Foulquines basses ” till the sea.

It is also just a few minutes on foot to the Sports Centre with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, hamman, sauna and tennis courts. There are guided walks over the nearby Clape hills. The shopping centre of Narbonne-Plage is about 300 m away, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainments in the evening. You are far enough from the centre to have a quiet holiday, but near enough to go anywhere on foot.

The summer cottage has a living space about 35 m² on two floors for a maximum 5 persons, big sunny paled south-patio on two flats (all in all 68 m²) not visible by neighbours, as well as a parking space on the lockable private parking area. Our guests may use the swimming pool from the neighbour housing area free of charge, undisturbed from any acoustic level.

This villa is equipped with electric heating. Good insulation ensures a comfortable stay, even in winter. Look at our long-stay prices for the low season. The sunny, gentle climate of the Mediterranean is especially agreeable for retired people to spend the winter. At Narbonne-Plage you'll find shops and restaurants open all year round. Not far from " Villa Soleil " is a Medical Centre open 7/7 in season and 5/7 out of season.
