Private holiday apartment L’Aubergine Bellevue – Weekly rates 2025/2026:

Deposit・Arrival & Departure・Final Cleaning・Pets・Tourist Tax

Deposit: EUR 300, payable together with the final instalment.

Arrival: Saturday from 16:00 • Departure: Saturday until 09:00.

Final cleaning: EUR 95 (included in the price of the first week; plus EUR 10 per pet), payable in cash upon handover of the keys.

Tourist tax: calculated prior to arrival according to the number of adult guests and overnight stays; not included in the rental price, payable in cash upon handover of the keys.

Utilities・Electricity

Our prices include utilities as long as consumption remains within a normal range.

Electricity usage is recorded electronically by our green energy provider “la bellenergie” in daily and 30-minute intervals. The readings taken at key handover on arrival and departure form the basis of the calculation. You will are charged only the actual costs, with no markup, and any difference is settled against the deposit.

Included: 70 kWh per week.
Additional consumption: currently EUR 0.30/kWh (always billed at the exact rate charged by the electricity provider).

Higher consumption usually results from frequent use of the electric heaters, the air conditioning system (cooling or heating, including when balcony doors are open), and/or the tumble dryer.

The apartment is equipped with a high-quality, new Daikin Perfera unit, which is rated A+++ and operates at an ultra-quiet 19 dB.

The electric heaters are older and their exact consumption is unknown, but they do have energy-saving modes that should be used to reduce costs. The Beko heat-pump dryer is new and energy-efficient (A+). If several appliances run simultaneously, consumption typically increases.

Linen Packages

Optional linen service:
Bed linen: EUR 15 per person (pillowcases 80×80 and 80×40, duvet cover 135×200 or 155×220, fitted sheet)
Towels: EUR 10 per person (bath towel 70×140, hand towel 50×100, guest towel 30×50)
Tea towels: EUR 2 each

Long-Stay Holidays

Staying longer comes with great benefits: 
For stays of four consecutive weeks or more (October to May), you receive a 25% discount on the total rent.
Four weeks’ holiday – only three weeks to pay.

For those who enjoy winter in the sun, there are extra benefits:
For winter stays from November to March of eight weeks or more, you receive an additional 10% discount on the total rent.

Maximum Occupancy ・ Dogs ・ Beach Rules

The maximum occupancy of five persons may not be exceeded.
All guests (name and date of birth) and pets (species, breed/size) must be declared at the time of booking.

Dogs must be kept on a lead within the residence (staircases, corridors, courtyard).

During the bathing season, dogs may only access the main beach outside the supervised hours (09:00–19:00). Although officially not permitted, it is generally tolerated at these times.

Directly next to the supervised beach lies the beautiful dog-friendly area (“Créneau naturel”), which is accessible all year round.

Within walking distance, there is also a low-salinity lake where dogs love to swim.

Complimentary Services ・ Facilities

In the apartment, you can enjoy fast fibre-optic WiFi around the clock — either on your own devices or via the three large Android TVs (55-inch in the living room and 40-inch in each bedroom).

You can watch German channels (Magenta TV) and French channels (OQEE by Free) at no extra cost. Streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and others) are available on all TVs; simply sign in with your own account.

A high-quality safe is provided, large enough for smartphones, tablets, and cameras, so your valuables are securely stored.

Modern comfort meets Mediterranean ease.

The fridge dispenses chilled, filtered water and ice — a little everyday luxury. The fully equipped kitchen (Thermomix, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher) offers everything for cooking enthusiasts, and the sea view turns every meal into a special moment.

For longer stays, all essentials are provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and several drying racks, making everyday tasks easy and leaving more time for the good things.

A stand-up paddle board (SUP) is available on request for those who enjoy wind and waves. Use is at your own risk.

Payment

30 % deposit when reserving
30 % two months before arrival
40 % two weeks before arrival

By transferring the deposit, you accept the rental conditions and the booking becomes binding. If a payment is not received on time, the reservation lapses.

After the final instalment (including deposit) has been received, your holiday pass will be sent to you immediately by email or Messenger.

The deposit is refunded within one week after departure, provided no damage attributable to the guest has occurred and all keys/transponders have been returned. Any additional electricity consumption is deducted accordingly.

We recommend having private liability insurance that covers damage in rented holiday accommodation.

Rules ・ Cleanliness ・ Smoking / Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment. They are permitted on the balcony only when using your own ashtray and with consideration for neighbours and care to prevent odours from entering the apartment.

In case of violations, the cost of odour removal may be deducted from the deposit.

The apartment and balcony must be treated with care and left in a swept-clean condition. Dishes must be washed and put away, and rubbish disposed of — otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, you lose:
30% of the rental price up to 2 months before arrival,
50% up to 35 days before arrival,
80% up to 8 days before arrival,
100% from 7 days before arrival,
100% in case of no-show.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
